Clewber is a private, single-user personal assistant. This policy explains how Clewber handles data accessed through the WHOOP API. Clewber is operated for the personal use of its single authorizing user and is not a commercial or multi-user product.
With your explicit authorization through WHOOP's OAuth flow, Clewber may access the following WHOOP data, for your account only:
Your WHOOP data is used solely to provide personal health and fitness coaching to you — for example, to assess daily readiness, recommend training, and summarize trends over time. It is not used for advertising, profiling for third parties, or any commercial purpose.
To generate coaching responses, your data may be processed by third-party AI/LLM service providers (such as OpenAI) that power the assistant. These providers process the data only to return a response and, under their API terms, do not use it to train their models. Data may also be stored within the operator's own private systems (such as a personal notes workspace and a private server) to maintain your logs and provide continuity.
Clewber does not sell, rent, lease, redistribute, or publicly share your WHOOP data. Data is shared only with the service providers strictly necessary to operate the assistant, and never without your consent.
Data is retained only as long as needed for your personal use. You may request deletion of stored data at any time. Revoking access (below) stops any further data collection.
You can revoke Clewber's access to your WHOOP data at any time from your WHOOP account settings, under connected apps/integrations. Revoking access immediately prevents Clewber from accessing new data.
Access tokens and data are kept in private, access-restricted systems used only by the single operator. Reasonable measures are taken to protect them, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Clewber is not intended for use by anyone under the minimum age required by WHOOP's own terms of service.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
